Online bookings are essential for bathhouse use, as well as massages. Simultaneous massages are possible, but can’t be booked in one transaction. Instead, go through the booking process, return to the start and repeat it. Same time not available? Call us. All bookings require a 100% deposit with refunds available if you cancel within 24 hours. Bookings must be done by clicking the button below, however please call to book a 90 minute massage treatments

HELPFUL INFORMATION
What to bring: Two towels per person, swimwear and water bottle.
Bookings: Essential for both massage treatments, and bathhouse sessions.
Arriving: Please aim to arrive 15 minutes before your treatment. We suggest using the bathhouse beforehand to maximise the therapeutic value of your session. N.B. for our QLD guests, we are on NSW time!
Late Arrivals: If you arrive late you will lose time off your session.
Treatments: Usually run for 55 minutes.
Parking: Unlimited free parking is available near the council chambers off Station Street, just a minute walk from the Kiva.
Cancellations: Require 24 hrs notice.

Located in the centre of Mullum. No parking onsite, please park outside the Council Chambers on Station Street.
KIVA SPA RULES
Children: Children under 12 are not allowed. 12-15 years old need to be accompanied by an adult. 16+ years are welcome, provided they behave as an adult.
Silence: Certain areas of the Kiva are silent, including the sauna, the steam room and one spa. Please respect the invitation into stillness in these areas.
No Spray Tans Please: We have had trouble with spray tans coming off in the spas! If you have a spray tan, you are welcome to have a massage but please do not use the bathhouse.
